Kooch Club aims to promote artwork by Iranian artists in Europe and does this by providing a platform for Iranian artists and art commissioners in Europe to connect (“Kooch Club”).

Kooch Club is an initiative run by the Kooch Foundation. The Kooch Foundation is a non-political foundation (unincorporated), administered and managed by a Board of Trustees, all of whom provide their services on a voluntary basis (“Kooch Foundation”).

When we say "we", "us", "our", "KoochClub.com" or “Kooch Club”, we are referring to the Kooch Foundation.

Our platform is built, maintained and promoted for artists offering their services (“Artists”) and commissioners looking for bespoke artwork (“Commissioners”), (together “Users”, “Visitors” and “you”) The running of this platform is the service that we are providing (the “Service”).

Please read the following carefully to understand our policies and practices regarding your personal data and how we will treat it.

Should we ask you to provide certain information by which you can be identified when using KoochClub.com, it will only be used in accordance with this privacy policy.

We collect your first and last name, profile name, email address, phone number, and password when you create an account to log in to our platform as a Commissioner. We may store information on your behalf, this includes information like your postal address, phone number and email address. We collect your first and last name, profile name, email address, phone number, and password when you create an account to log in to our platform as an Artist.
